GMATHS delivers over 60,000 modules for JHS Students

With the help of the local government unit (LGU) of GMA, each student will receive one learning package consisting modules of different subjects prepared by subject teachers and class advisers.

In an orientation conducted for all barangay captains, representatives and teachers-in-charge, Dr. Victorio N. Medrano, Principal IV, stressed the importance of cooperation between the school and the community amidst the situation brought by COVID-19.
​
“Kailangan natin ang pagkaka-isa’t tulong ng mga barangay heads and local government unit para sa ating mag-aaral. Malaki ang pagbabagong dulot ng pandemyang eto kaya lahat tayo dapat mag-adjust at tumulong” he said.
​
Teachers and non-teaching staff of GMATHS began preparing the learning modules since July, following strict protocols and rules in physical distancing.

General Mariano Alvarez Technical High School (GMATHS) distributed more than 60,000 learning modules for junior high school students, Sept. 21, in preparation for the opening of classes on Oct. 5.

In addition, learning packages and modules are yet to finish for late enrollees and Senior High School students.

As of Sept. 25, almost 8,721 learners have enrolled in GMATHS, making it the school with the most number of registered students in the province of Cavite.
